Chronicles of Steele: Raven: The Complete Story by Pauline Creedon hosted by N K Author Services

My Review

This is the first book I have read by this author.  I can honestly say I have found another favorite author.  This book was so good.  I read it in one sitting; took me a couple of hours.  I just couldn’t put it down.  There was so much action and it just kept me on the edge of my seat.  I just had to know what was going to happen next.
I loved Raven.  She is awesome and would protect Darius at all costs.  I loved everything about her.  It’s so nice to read about a female lead character who is all that.  I can’t wait to read more books by this author.
This book gets 5***** stars from me all the way around.  I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

Chronicles of Steele: Raven: The Complete Story
by Pauline Creeden
Genre: YA Steampunk, YA Sci Fi

Blurb: Human life has value.
The poor living in the gutter are as valuable as the rich living in a manor.
The scoundrel is no less valuable than the saint.
Because of this, every life a reaper takes must be redeemed.

Raven has lived by this first tenet since she was trained by her father to become a reaper. But since his death, she’s been spending years redeeming the lives she’s taken. By her count, she’s even and it’s time for that life to end. If she settles down and becomes a wife, she might just feel human again. But on the way to the life she thinks she wants, the baron of New Haven asks her to complete a task which she cannot ignore… Just when Raven decides to give up on her life as an assassin, she’s pulled right back in.

It is also the 2013 Book Junkie's Choice Winner in Historical Fiction.
